Application
All Mitsubishi TD03 / TD03L4 turbocharger.
Upgrade factory TD03 turbo with smaller compressor wheel to extreme 6+6 14T billet wheel to support higher top end.
(Compressor housing needs to be machined / Ported to fit larger 14T wheel.

9 blade high flow performance turbine wheel would reduce back pressure that would allow more horsepower at top end.
