Application
This MAMBA V-band turbo wastegate performance adapter elbow enables the installation of a full-frame turbocharger upgrade on EA888 Gen 3 2.0 TSI MQB platforms.
It is compatible with Garrett G-Series (G25/G30/G35), GT(X)-Series (GT30R/GT35R), and Turbosmart TS-2 5862, TS-2 6262, and TS-2 6466 reverse rotation turbochargers, providing a solid foundation for high-horsepower applications.
Featuring a 2.25" V-band flange and a port for a 44/45mm external wastegate, this setup delivers great boost control under high turbine pressure.
For high boost applications using the factory cylinder head, turbocharger speed should be monitored carefully to avoid exceeding the compressor's maximum speed limit. Installing a turbo speed sensor is strongly recommended.
