One-year warranty. Damaged parts can be replaced one time for free regardless of the reason. If more than one time is required, buyer has to pay for the fee and parts to repair.

Buyers can get one-year-warranty only while purchasing the turbo or cartridge with insurance at the same time. You can't purchase the insurance after receiving the product.

The one-year warranty starts from the day the product is shipped. The buyer must contact MAMBA within one year to make a warranty request to qualify for the warranty.

Buyers should provide the order number, order recipient's name, phone number and the photos or videos of the damaged turbo or cartridge through email to “sales5@mambatek.com“.

Buyers can send the turbo or cartridge back to MAMBA to repair with freight on their own or MAMBA will evaluate the damaged parts and send new ones within the warranty period, in this way MAMBA will be responsible for the freight back.
- Unless the parts of the turbo under warranty are out of stock, buyers are not allowed to request changes in specifications or replacement for other products.
