Now available for sale is full turbo repair kit with MAMBA MK4 heavy duty thrust bearing kit for forward rotation of Mitsubishi TD04 turbocharger with super back wheel.

When used in high performance applications, the original standard bearing cannot carry the increased axial load. The increased central point load over the unsupported thrust face can cause the material to flex. In extreme conditions, this flexing can create contact between the thrust faces resulting in immediate failure

To enable the thrust system to carry the increased load, the thrust collar and spacer are manufactured to a larger diameter. This spreads the load over a larger area.

An extra oil feed supply hole to the central of the bearing helps to increase lubrication to the larger thrust face and also improves cooling.

MAMBA MK4 heavy duty thrust bearing comes with dual oil holes to compressor and turbine side, which supports higher boost and more lubrication to make turbo durable.

Fits all Mitsubishi made of forward turbocharger TD04, TD04L, TD04H and TD04HL, TD04L4, TD04L6, TD04HL4 and TD04HLL1 …turbo with super back compressor wheel as 10T, 12T, 13T, 14T, 15T, 16T, 18T, 19T, 20T, 21TK, 21T, 22T, 16HF1T, 17HF1P and 21HR3…etc.
Note:
These thrust parts must be used as a set and will not work in combination with the standard thrust parts.
Warning:
This kit could not fit forward rotation turbo with flat back compressor wheel as 9B, 11G, 13G, 15G classic wheel.
This kit could not fit reverse TD04LR, TD04HLR turbo such as on BMW N20/B48, Dodge SRT-4, VW VR6 2.5L TD04HL4R…with “R” type.
