Warranties apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through MAMBA ebay site (eiji-takada).

If the item is damaged, please contact us by email(sales3@mambatek.com) first, we will respond to you immediately. And detail the warranty for you.

We can offer one year warranty from the date of received package for all the items. (not included the OEM turbo), you can send the item back to us.


*Please note that the warranty fee will be charged from buyer, if the damage was caused by inappropriate use.

2. Detail everything you have done for installing the turbo / parts, and send the pictures of the damaged parts to us (sales3@mambatek.com)

3. Send back the damaged turbo / parts, and provide tracking number


*Important: The buyer have to pay the return shipping fee (From buyer's country to Taiwan)

Once we have received the returned turbo / parts, we will check it thoroughly and try our best to repair it for you.

There won't be any refundment if the buyer didn't follow our warranty policy or return the damaged turbo / part.

An appropriate fee should be charged based on specific situation to cover the cost of service and replacement, please understand.
